Bethel is a large congregation of people who represent many needs and challenges. The position of a Parish Nurse is to assist the pastoral staff in meeting these areas of concern. • Offers home visits to new mothers, those with illness, those that have health related questions or needing encouragement.
  • Arranges for transportation to appointments and accompany appointments as requested.
  • Provides meals and a variety of gift cards to persons.
  • Provides assistive devices as needed: crutches, wheelchairs, walkers, knee scooter, etc.
  • Office hours provided to those who want blood pressure checked, ask medical related questions, or express concerns.
