Rise Above Exercise Class
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance by a low impact workout.
Strength exercises will utilize the use of light hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball.
Special considerations will be made for those with arthritis or joint difficulty.
Class is led by Bethel Parish Nurse Julie Gundersen.
