In-Person Worship on May 31, 2020
Bethel Church,
Guess, what? You have the option to worship in-person this coming weekend!
For those of you who are ready and able to join us, we invite you to two different in-person worship options on Sunday morning. If you aren't ready, we understand, and we will provide a live-stream of our 9:00 AM worship service on our website (available to stream anytime after that, as well).
Please note: If you have had a fever in the past 72 hours, respiratory symptoms and/or were exposed to COVID-19, for the safety of others, please stay home and join us for worship online HERE.
1. INDOOR WORSHIP at Bethel Fergus Falls / 9:00 & 10:30 AM
With social distancing, limited seating, and sanitizing between services, we will hold a 45-minute worship service together in the sanctuary, with an overflow option in the Fellowship Hall.
2. OUTDOOR WORSHIP in Battle Lake / 10:30 AM
(Meet behind Lakes Area Community Center)
Taking health and safety precautions, we are holding an outdoor worship service on our property behind the Lakes Area Community Center. Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
> For more details behind this decision and plans to keep these services safe, please read more on our website here: http://bethellutheran.church/welcomeback
LIVESTREAM WORSHIP OPTION
So, though you are invited to the above worship services, we know that there are many who are not ready. Know that Bethel leadership is planning for that. For those who will be staying home, Bethel will be live-streaming the 9:00 AM worship service (it will be available to stream any time once the live-stream is finished). This will be available on our website.
At Bethel Lutheran Church we are committed to proclaiming the message of Jesus Christ so people come to faith in Jesus and live for him, and we are planning to resume physically distant church services. COVID-19 has impacted each of us in one way or another. As we resume worship services together, we want to recognize that everyone is at a different place and has different needs. Please know that during this time of transition, we want to be sensitive to this and do what we can to meet the various needs of our congregation and community.
Please pray for Bethel leadership, staff, and volunteers as we prepare for these next steps.
