3. Consider and discuss this statement from Pastor Dave’s message: “These characteristics are NOT THE ESSENCE of your IDENTITY; they are the EXPRESSIONS of your identity.”
4. What then is the essence of one’s Christian identity?
5. Reflect on these words from Philippians 3:9 and turn them back to God in prayer: “And being found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God”
