1. Max Lucado says that "Hope is not what you'd expect; it is what you would never dream. It is a wild, improbable tale with a pinch-me-I'm-dreaming ending.” Share your thoughts on this.
2. What kind of “oppression” (pressed down, crushed) are you experiencing?
3. How does the Gospel help you hope? (get your hopes up!)
4. Think about Jesus being “oppressed and afflicted” (Isaiah 53:7) in order to set you free. What would you like to say to him today as you consider that?
